One of my “dutch ovens” is a very deep skillet with an iron lid-a little over 4 qts. I have a lot of iron skillets that are really old and big from parents and grandparents.
I have smaller skillets and a griddle that I purchased over 50 years ago. I love to make cornbread baked in a cast iron skillet.
