You are so correct regarding the ‘avid cruisers’. I know a few of them and they were among the first to get the jab so they could spend their remaining days on this planet going to the same places they have been many times before.
Hello...I have been to every Caribbean port and Mexico west coast ports more often than I can shake a stick at. That is the very last reason I like cruises. It is not the port visits. It is the life on the ship itself.
OK, 2 exceptions were the 14 day Mediterranean cruise on Norwegian Jade ship where we had wonderful tours in Italy, France, Spain & Portugal. I also enjoyed visiting Vietnam, Thailand & Singapore on a 14 day cruise on Celebrity cruises from Hong Kong to Singapore. But now we rarely even get off the ship in Caribbean and Mexican and Alaska ports.
