I have been wondering if this was indeed the way many employers privately feel. The wrong new employee can ruin a company’s morale like a rotten apple dropped into a barrel of fresh fruit.

R. R. Reno is the editor at “First Things”, a journal that focuses on the intersection of religion and the public square. There’s lots of good things in it, including articles that occasionally get posted on this site. Just yesterday (or the day before) was one on why parents should be wary about sending their sons to prestigious liberal arts colleges (because too often in those environments white males are caricatured as the ones responsible for everything that is bad).
