If you mean the mRNA was found in cells all over the body, that's possible if the lipids float around and get absorbed by various tissues. Ditto if the adenovirus floats around and infects cells all over the body.
Or did you mean the spike protein was found all over the body? That would happen if there were a surplus of spike protein produced by some cells. That seems to be what happens with the adenovirus vaccines, but I haven't seen anything about that with the mRNA/lipid vaccines. These are all different scenarios.
