***I noticed it was reported that Russia is now divesting of all dollars, and will no longer accept dollars as payment for it’s products/oil etc. Euro, Yuan, Ruble(RUB), but no USD. They also have stockpiled a lot of Gold-as have most of the Central Banks these last few years***

I have heard also. Rejecting the dollar and buying gold serves two purposes: suppress the dollar as the world's reserve currency AND obtaining real property, as I said. What lends credibility to this is that the Yuan is as worthless - or more so - than the dollar. Owning gold seems to just be 'hedging your bet'.

Russia will accept the Yuan and China will accept the Ruble - both of questionable currency competitive value; it looks to me that the dollar is beginning to slide... certainly against the Euro, the Yen and the Pound Sterling.
