That has to be some of the least informative gobbledygook I have ever read.
I know no more about what they are talking about than I did when I started and I read it twice.

They don’t know what they are talking about-it’s just talking to hear their head rattle.
It all boils down to white-man-bad and cure is hopeless.
And some reference to history which shows atrocities to which we say never again, or else remember it as being great-large and in charge, so we say make us great again.
Total bull crap and ignores all the other People who do bad stuff. Only whitey is the badie. snort. The man is stark raving mad, and it’s doubtful that he can be “cured” of his delusions.
