This email address is the Help Desk for FAASAFETY.gov. We are the educational outreach arm of the FAA Safety Team and we handle the educational webinars, seminars and activities for pilots and mechanics. You would need to send your request to the FAA as probably a FOIA request. I am assuming off the top of my head that the call sign information is not made public due to security issues.
