That isn’t how ADE works.
And the nucleocapsid proteins are vastly more likely to see ADE developed than the S protein due to structural differences. That’s one of the reasons why the S protein was chosen for a target for the vaccines.
So if anyone should be worried about ADE, it’s people who’ve been infected with COVID-19.

In my limited studies of respiratory viruses and vaccines, ADE was always attributed to vaccines, not the virus itself. I could be wrong.
