Catastrophic accident after takeoff in the early 2000s grounded the whole Concorde fleet.

that was only one factor and not the biggest

major factor was sonic booms were made illegal over densely populated areas of the usa by civillian aircraft, it essentially shut down the concorde flying into the us major airports

just the regular noise of these engines was much louder than normal jets at the time

other factor was ticket price
