Former President Donald Trump is reportedly telling people that he expects to get reinstated by August, according to New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman.
Haberman shared this rather stunning detail in a quote tweet of a CNN segment featured in a tweet from Donie O’Sullivan. The video features a number of QAnon followers lauding a Myanmar-style coup of the US government ostensibly to replace President Joe Biden with Trump.
Haberman wrote in her quote tweet “Trump has been telling a number of people he’s in contact with that he expects he will be reinstated by August” with an important parenthetical caveat that states “(no that isn’t how it works but simply sharing the information).”

I will believe it when I see it. It is not happening. The Left will not stand for it. And the Left, unlike the Right are willing to and will fight to advance their cause.
Its not a coup if the election was stolen. They can restore what’s right possibly but they can remove what is criminal and an existential threat. Anyone who tries to call it a coup to try to take power needs to be stomped on.

No, Presidents serve 4 year terms, and his term has expired, so even “technically”, that isn’t true.

No that wouldn’t work, because as soon as Biden is removed, Harris becomes President and appoints another Democrat as her VP, so Trump would still be 3rd in line.

This is all fantasy, but remember that VPs have to get Congressional approval. The President doesn’t just get to pick one. A 50/50 Senate could block confirmation if they wanted to and since there wouldn’t be a VP in that scenario there would be no one to break the deadlock.

There is a constitutional and lawful way for Donald J Trump to become President before 2024...unlikely but constitutional and legal. It would take a full exposure and admittance by those involved that they rigged the election. Here is how it would work.
1) Joe Biden admits on National TV that he was aware of and involved in rigging the 2020 election, he already said that back during the campaign so it is not a stretch.
2)He would ask for and receive the resignation on TV of Kamala Harris and then grant her a pardon.
3)He would nominate Donald J. Trump to be the V.P. and the Senate would have to vote to confirm.
4)Donald J Trump would be sworn in as VP and then Joe Biden would resign and immediately pardon Joe Biden.
5) Donald J Trump would then nominate Gov Desantis as the VP as Pence no longer has the trust and confidence of the President.
6) Donald J Trump would then declare a national emergency and order an immediate and full audit of EVERY federal election IOT determine the proper make up of the House and Senate.
I think this scenario is unlikely but it would be the constitutional way to do and it would take some explaining. Also, the FBI and DOJ would have to do an internal purge to get down to the unbiased agents and lawyers that would be needed crush ANTIFA or any other organization that attempted and insurrection. They currently seem to only care about crushing Trump supporters.
Good luck telling that to the Q crowd.
