I don't want to see any American President harmed, but let's put two and two together to see if it equals Pooty-Poot.

Russia and others seem to have invented a beam that emits microwaves that caused brain damage to several of our diplomats.

Prez Xho Bai Dung will be meeting with Pooty-Poot soon. Xho Bai Dung has a few metal clips in his noggin from multiple brain surgeries. High energy devices like an MRI can shoot metal through the body. Could Pooty-Poot energize Xho's noggin and dislodge the clips? I hope not!
