Newer implants have taken MRI into account whereas older implants didn’t as the tech just came out in the 80s for the most part. However there are still a lot of stainless steel implants that can create issues at higher field strengths from heating if not magnetic pull. Heck Tatoo ink can cause issues at the higher field strengths.

3 Tesla (T) magnets are becoming the go to standard due to the better resolution. Old er models under 1 Tesla aren’t even really being considered standard care any longer and those were made as late as 2005 when I left the MR system plant to move onto other activities. I think there may still be some open sided magnets being used for claustrophobic patients but that is about it and they ran up to around 0.7T.

About ten years ago or so, when I worked somewhere else, a number of women were complaining about strange menstrual cycle stuff going on, such as heavy, long periods that came on less than 28 days after their last one.

I seem to recall that at the time a number of people were getting the flu shot, which was given out at work, because the incentive part of the health plan changed such that one could earn points for getting a flu shot toward the $300 in rewards one could earn by doing this, that or another thing or having a healthy weight, etc.
