I lived in Springfield, VA from Nov 1966 to Dec 1968. It was a nice, quiet community then.
Officers were called to the home Monday about an altercation and potential burglary in progress, Davis said.
On a dispatch call to responding officers, a dispatcher can be heard saying the caller and her husband were upstairs with a shotgun in their home. “The subject” was in the basement.
“Caller is advising the subject is after her son and that he is with them upstairs,” the dispatcher said.
Two days later, the parents, not the son, were killed.
The deaths mark the ninth and 10th homicides in Fairfax County this year so far, in an increase from the count last year at this time.
A $10,000 reward for information is being offered in this case.

This has the appearance of a hit to me. The way it works is that someone wanted these two dead so they could not talk. Remember Seth Rich. Gang members are hired to do the job. Then the gang member(s) wind up killed to cut the investigative trail off. On “What Does it Mean” today the story line is that Edward McDaniel,Jr. signed off on the Fort Belvoir military competitors who were sent to the Wuhan International Military Games in the fall of 2019. YouTuber investigator, now banned, George Webb’s theory was that the U.S. competitors brought the virus along with them to the games and it was from this venue that the virus was spread around the world. I can no longer find George on any of the alternate platforms to get his take on the hits. This situation may have gotten very hot now that the klieg lights are focused on Fauci and the U.S. funding to the Wuhan Lab and the Covid.

Fairfax County police said Thursday at about 2 p.m. that they took a person of interest, whom they haven’t identified, into custody and had found the 2018 Nissan Altima they said was connected to the shooting death of Edward McDaniel Jr., 55, and his wife, Brenda McDaniel, 63, in Springfield on Wednesday.
They said at the time that they were looking for Ronnie Keandre Marshall, 20. At about 3:45 p.m., the police said a second person had been taken into custody. They confirmed to WTOP that Marshall had been taken into custody, and that the earlier person of interest was now a suspect.
