Printed it at the time (with a printer that had the holes up the side of the paper. LOL) but lost it probably in a over-zealous house cleaning. Dang it.

The last time I heard from onyx was about six months ago. She was in great pain from scoliosis and was severely depressed.
Onyx’s Birthday was May 16th. about six months since her and I talked also. She does have a daughter and grand-daughter who are close to her and help her.
