There are some instances; They are Intellegent and mostly tolerant of humans.(Lets hope that they never taste humans and start to identify them as prey!)

In the past some Orcas along the New Zealand would work with shore based small boat whalers near shore to locate other whales and and in return would enjoy some portion of the the whalers catch.
