yes. i don’t drink excessively..and do study and document the effects on me...the food intake at the time...etc., etc. there are thousands of variables.

No you’re not. Next week there will be another study that comes out and says 2 drinks a day is good for you, again.
Also, they always used to say that cells in the nervous system don’t regenerate/replicate after the age of two years old, and they have since revised that.
There’s always a study to say anything is good or bad, and there’s always more studies that come out to contradict them.

The research failed to consider other personal (genetic?) and life behavioral attributes of the persons in the study.
But if general success in life is any real indication, here is the link to a wiki page covering alcohol consumption per capita by country. Keeping success in life in mind, sort the list by the rate of consumption, lowest to highest, and then look at what countries have the least per-capita consumption. Just the group with the lowest per capita consumption alone should tell you how flawed the study is.

May be there is some truth in that. My wife had a brain tumor, and the radiation treatment burned off the entire tumor. Now her sense of smell, hearing and taste is so much more enhanced, it is crazy. Her speech is good and memory is also good. But she does have trouble keeping her balance while walking.
The sad thing about those who do not drink is that when they wake up in the morning, that is as good as they will feel all day.
I wonder if they made any reference to DJT who did not imbibe.

The buffalo herd has its weaker, sick individuals thinned by predators. The herd ends up stronger because the weak have been culled.
So it is, according to Cliff, with alcohol consumption. The weaker, sicker brain cells are killed off with alcohol. You end up smarter because the weak and sick brain cells are gone.
So according to Cliffy, drink up and add to your IQ!!!!
