tons fo stories about children shooting guns because there already was a round in the chamberA whole nuther set of rules violated in those cases. Any loaded gun, regardless of chambered or not, should not be accessible to unauthorized persons of any age.

agreed. children should not have access to firearms, and if you are going to carry one in the chamber, you need to take extry care
