There will NOT be a new election.
Constitution does not provide for such a thing.

If sufficient evidence shows there were \2 elections...2 tabulations\ the court could order all votes in the second tabulation as fraudulent and of no consequence.
The tabulated victor in the legitimate \first\ election is then declared the winner.

First election ended when the States officially declared and end to tabulation, approximately 1am on 11-4.

What evidence, you ask?
Foreign servers; Germany.

I never could find where "Q" posted that.

Seems any ballot votes ruled fraudulent should include the down-ballot races...if it causes anything close or a flip in those races, those people would be jumpin straight up and straight down.

What a nightmare...I can't see any court ruling that way.

But there was a lot of other fraud methods besides the second tabulation. And in many other states.

The constituion does not provide for a new election but the constitution does not address a situation like this one, either.

Accd. to Juan O. Savin there is no need for a new election since we have the true results and Trump won every state. It’s all well documented which is why the left is going bananas. They are trying every trick they know from coming after Trump again to raising hell all over the world, doing heir best to foment wars everywhere, killing the economy. You name it. Open borders, endless spending, its all about chaos. As long as they are paid they never give up.
