As an aside to a slide, my blood pressure has dropped 20 points over the past year, with no medication, from 138 over something to 118/80. I wonder if it’s this wolfberry stuff I’ve been drinking.

Do tell! Wolfberry tea? I refuse to take my Metoprolol any more. Every time I eat or drink I start coughing. It’s so annoying.

Thanks for the link to the music.

I just went to my Vet office without a mask.

Just thought I’d throw that out there. 😁

This cuts deeply for me. My mother tried for years to control her BP with natural methods -- and failed. Two thousand miles away, neither she nor my father let us know that her blood pressure was as high as it was. Eventually she had a serious stroke, which left her handicapped and miserable for the remaining four years of her life.

What I've been drinking daily is NingXia Red, which contains wolfberry, blueberry, plum, pomegranate, and some essential oils. I used to buy dried goji berries (of which wolfberries are a variant) at Costco, but I haven't seen them there lately.
