When Rep. Matt Gaetz attended a 2019 GOP fundraiser in Orlando, his date that night was someone he knew well: a paid escort and amateur Instagram model who led a cocaine-fueled party after the event, according to two witnesses.
The Florida congressman’s one-time wingman, Joel Greenberg, will identify that escort to investigators as one of more than 15 young women Gaetz paid for sex, according to a source familiar with the investigation.
But what distinguishes this woman, Megan Zalonka, is that she turned her relationship with Greenberg into a taxpayer-funded no-show job that earned her an estimated $7,000 to $17,500, according to three sources and corresponding government records obtained by The Daily Beast.

Everyone has a camera on their phone these days if he really was with this lady snorting coke there would be pictures to corroborate rather than "according to witnesses" type reporting.

Assuming that line is true, of course, he could be in trouble.
It’s not just “according to witnesses”. It’s according to TWO witnesses. That is harder to ignore, if true.
“According to anonymous witnesses” Joe Biden was seen at a kids’ birthday party and spent several hours alone with the birthday girl.
You will be surprised how many people here on Free Republic will believe it. The Left is switching their tactics. Same lies but they are packaging them different. Next, they will accuse him of Carnal Knowledge.

Joel Greenberg recently pleaded guilty to several federal charges. These accusations are to be expected...he’s negotiating the severity/leniency of his punishment. This is how the feds work these days.

What makes this story questionable for me is that the sex with a 17 year old story has been around for months, but still no official charges or acknowledgement. I mean...why don’t the cops just ask the 17 year old for verification?
