Keep your Vitamin D blood levels up. You may still get he CCPFlu but it will not be serious enough to send you to the ER. Everyone admitted tests low vitamin DI have personal experience with the power of Vitamin D. I had something back in March 2020. It hit me like a ton of bricks, gross tremors, fever approaching 104. The doc said it was NOT Covid (over the phone) but the symptom list was still evolving. With no medical support I went with the D Hammer and it worked! I was feeling much better after 24 hours and back to normal within 48. Now, I do daily D, my blood level is right where the doc wants it, and I also make sure to take zinc as well. A caution that too much D can lead to calcium issues like stones.

I have been taking 5k D3 for 16 years with no flu or colds and no shots. I got that "something" early March 2020 but at the first sign of cough I took my MIL's long ago recommended 900 units per pound body weight at about 1000 hrs. I ran through a light dose of symptoms in the course of the day and was all cleared up by evening.
́8 members of extended family did similarly, the others taking the megadose in the evening and were good by morning. That time period, February/March seems to have been the first wave in this county and was unrecognized. There was a rash of flu but it didn't kill anybody that I knw of.
