I have been taking 5k D3 for 16 years with no flu or colds and no shots. I got that "something" early March 2020 but at the first sign of cough I took my MIL's long ago recommended 900 units per pound body weight at about 1000 hrs. I ran through a light dose of symptoms in the course of the day and was all cleared up by evening.
́8 members of extended family did similarly, the others taking the megadose in the evening and were good by morning. That time period, February/March seems to have been the first wave in this county and was unrecognized. There was a rash of flu but it didn't kill anybody that I knw of.

So if someone weighed 100 lbs they would take 90,000iu? And I don’t get the 1000 hours?
