I read about what you are referring to in the Toronto Sun. The Canadian Government had what I would call a Task Force that traced it to Arkansas.
The organization that was taking the blood from the Arkansas Prisoners was a big donor to Clinton. They were shut down. They then opened a new org. under a different name, and Clinton again awarded them the contract.
It was illegal to use prisoner blood in the USA, so they sold it to other countries. Representatives from Canada came to Wash.DC and held a press conference — I did not find a single LSM TV report, or USA LSM newspaper report on that press conference.
A book and documentary were made. Canada was not the only country that was impacted.

NOTE: At the 49 minute mark in the video, Dr. Ten Penny talks about some details about prophylactics (primarily Ivermectin) during these times, granted we don't know what/if people are shedding etc.

Note - they also emphasized that these are NOT vaccines - and calling them vaccines is a form of deception - Advise using the term “shot or injection” — I myself prefer the term JAB.
They think that perhaps the spike protein is what is causing people exposed to the Jabbed to have unusual symptoms. Stated that it seems to be more of a blood poisoning thing rather than a straight virus. Talked about the nanobots.
Ivermectin blocks the spike protein and therefore should help protect the not jabbed from the jabbed. Of course we all know about HCQ or Quercetin combined with zinc.
One of the Docs said they are having people alternate for prevention — 1 pill of Ivermectin every other week. And on the off week - the HCQ/zinc - 3 times per week.
Advised that you get a test for levels of vitamin D(s/be 80-100) and zinc (s/be 7-12).
Also, keep an eye on your state — make sure to say no to the vaccine passport crap. And stay positive - support your local farmer’s market. Ha.

The Docs at the round table-link below-seem to think Ivermectin could protect against the spike protein, which they think may be what’s causing the strange reaction to those exposed to the JABBED.
So one Doc said they are alternating between Ivermectin one week and HCQ protocol the next on a continuing rotation.
