Had the exact same symptoms, except that I didn't realize it was from the Shingles 2nd shot, having had herniated discs pressing on nerves.
Pain started between my shoulder blades and then 'traveled' later that week to my lower back....the most excruciating pains ever experienced. Thought I would die!
'Lost' the entire month of January with that. Had Cat Scan done...showed nothing and the effing staff/doctors at Kaiser Permanente never mentioned the Shingles vaccine may have been the culprit.
