I give you 1) Animal life and 2) storm structures (notably, tornadic thunderstorms and hurricanes).

Both examples aren’t really valid because they don’t occur in a closed system.

But, it is true that nature can self-organize to some degree, but always you will see it trending towards disorganization in the larger scale. For example, the galaxy may look pretty organized, like a storm system, but if you zoom out to look at the whole visible universe, you won’t see a similar symmetrical, organized structure.
