“only been tested in mice”
Probably more testing than a CV19 experimental vac

How can it be a psychedelic-like drug if it doesn't cause hallucinations?
Just my first thought seeing the headline. Haven't actually read the article yet. 8>)

Great, just what everyone needs - another prescription drug that leads to school shootings like Columbine Colorado.
Why not just legalize meth?
To: Red Badger
How do they know the mice aren’t hallucinating?

(You'd think there would be more similarity between "chain letter" and "chain mail".)
What could go wrong...convert more people to become demonrats?

Quick! Have pallets of this stuff shipped to rioting cities faster than Soros can send bricks.
The video might be more amusing than just a bunch of blacks stealing television sets.
To: Robert DeLong
If you look up the definition of psychedelic drugs, they can cause hallucinations so you are correct and makes youwonder if the person that wrote the article was on a psychedelic-like drug.

Tried some of that the other day, as a matter of fact.
Washed it down with an alcohol-free beer while eating an impossible burger.
Nothing to write home about.

Scientists have discovered a psychedelic-like drug that can produce rapid, long-lasting antidepressant effects in mice.

What happens when one misses a few recurring doses? Under-discussed problem which turns the medicated into rampaging barbarians/bitches. Seriously scary problem nobody wants to discuss.

Interesting. I knew there was some research into MDMA as an anti depressant but with major risks as it can trigger anxiety, panic attacks and even further depression as much as relieving symptoms.

Liberals are weird enough. They need a “reality” drug.

Now, wait just a minute. Psychedelic = hallucinations.
So, the mice told them they didn’t see the walls breathing.

Researchers say the treatment is comparable to the fast-acting nature of ketamine, which has recently emerged as a promising drug for conditions like depression, substance abuse, and post-traumatic stress disorder. PTSD is real, and if it helps our vets to heal, I'm all for it...........
