I think I had it last March but I also know people that have had it more than once in a short period of time. I haven't been inside a store since last March unless I'm the only one in there. If we eat out we get it in the drive-thru. Mostly we stay home and shop by mail.
My granddaughter has had several tests after being exposed to covid positive patients but so far so good. Nothing here has been shutdown except for the first two weeks to a month of this. My daughter and SIL have been going to work daily. It's nothing short of a miracle that somebody in the immediate family hasn't had it. My baby sister had it and one sister-in-law has it now but neither has been serious.
We'll just keep doing what we're doing since it's worked so far. I have been around people but not big crowds of strangers so I'm sure I have been exposed but not bombarded with the virus.
I am so saddened to read things like this. My wife and I have been on quercetin, zinc, D3 and C since March 2020 and have lived normal lives. We don’t worry, despite being older and having risk factors. We have been around everyone, even those with covid, and can’t seem to catch it. It has to be the quercetin and zinc, but others think it is our 10,000 iu of daily D3.
It is liberating to not care. Take the regimen and experience true freedom again.
