I added your name since you and HLB were discussing the topic. I think a voter ID separate is a better idea, as it should give precint or locality to vote in too. I don’t have a real ID and don’t plan to get one as I plan to never fly again!

Yep - well that’s your opinion. Mine is that you are wrong, and if a national Id is implemented we will all eventually regret it, but what the hay. Who the heck cares.

I don’t plan to fly either, the only exception might be for medical care — I flew to Tampa in 2015 for surgery. Probably won’t ever have to do anything like that again, but who knows?
