I was a space-age kid, born with Sputnik, and still love it (regret not getting into rocket science, hoping a nephew will).

Great weather here in Central Florida. Drove about 2 miles to watch the launch from an open ranch area. Fascinating to watch both the ship and the first stage firing at the same time!

Saw my first launches back in 1956 from the beach at Patrick AFB... Watched countless launches over the intervening years...
