If there is one thing that characterizes the left today it is their fervent need to pretend that men like George Floyd, Daunte Wright, Michael Brown, Trayvon Williams, Rayshard Brooks, Eric Garner and others are pillars of society, hapless victims of police brutality and racism. Those mentioned above all died resisting arrest. All had criminal records, some of them extensive and for violent crimes.
Not one of them complied with the police when pulled over for a traffic stop or when they were in the process of being apprehended after committing a crime. All of them attempted to resist, flee, or to harm the police who were present. In nearly all these cases, their own behavior brought about their demise, however tragic they may have been.
The verdict in the Chauvin trial was mob justice, not due process. The conviction on all three charges was media-bullied overkill, a very complex case decided by the jury in but a few hours.
Of course, more white men have been killed by police as well, for the same reasons, non-compliance or violence, but those incidents never make the media forefront.
The public is astonishingly misinformed as to the truth, thanks to the media,. Nor do the hundreds, even thousands of black-on-black murders that take place routinely in Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit and other cities merit much media notice. Black Lives Matter does not lift a finger or donate a dime to fighting black-on-black homicide.

The criminals involved are mere pawns in this move by the phony liberals. They do not care if the criminals actually committed the crimes or not, guilt or innocence is of no matter of consequence. But this is the “humane” thing to do, to “right” the racial wrongs that have been forced upon the people of color who have suffered disproportionately from the existing systemic racism that is all a part and parcel of the entire American culture of “white privilege”.
The people who we call criminals are their freedom fighters.

Dating back to the Russian revolution the Left has always identified with and celebrates criminal activity. Criminals are narcissistic, non productive, unapologetic, disruptors of rational order and violent. The Left sees kindred souls who they admire greatly. They admire them but most realize they don’t have the actual courage to do the dangerous activities themselves. That is why they especially hold in esteem BLM and Antifa and use all their political power to protect them. Ultimately decent, rational people in Russia lost because the Left used an external disruption ( war with Germany) to overcome civilization. Hence the American Left’s fascination with China and the potential for ultimate destabilization and control.

I think a better option for now is nullification by declaring that they are Bill of Rights sanctuary states.
No laws passed 50-50-1 and signed by the bogus POTUS after 2020 will be considered valid. Executive orders will be disregarded entirely.
