Best prevention for back trouble is to lay on you back on a rug, knees bent.
Gently twist your legs one way and your head/torso the other. Stretch (gently).
Also lying on your back- pull up one knee at a time (gently) to your chest.
Best to do these when you’re relaxed- after sleep or bath.
When you’re out of pain you can push it a little bit but just a little.
Won’t cure back pains but does a wonderful job of preventing them.
The scene in Loudon County has completely devolved as public comments have been shut off and the school board meeting has been declared an unlawful assembly.
