arrhythmia’s may be “fixed” (depending on the cause) by taking magnesium. If you take too much magnesium you get the runs.
I use Kalm Assure orange magnesium powder and mix up a glass before dinner, let it sit to dissolve and drink it before bed. Magnesium also stops leg jitters.
