I’m bad about it too, so I’m trying to motivate ME! LOL
But there’s some stuff I will *not* part with regardless. Like my mom’s rolling pin and her flour sifter.
Or my books about Southern cooking/recipes.
Or my Mother Earth News issue #1.
I’m hoping that as we declutter the stuff we’re willing to let go of, it will make room to showcase or easily find the things we truly want and enjoy, like your cookbooks, rolling pin and sifter.
“And put the note....... where you can see it, like on your fridge.”
Herein lies MY problem. I am forever jotting notes about EVERYTHING and leave them EVERYWHERE and never refer back to them. Therefor I have sticky notes and pieces of paper everywhere.
Also I have a BAD habit of seeing an article etc on the Internet that I think I want to read so I hit the Google Bookmark. I NEVER go back and read them so I have 100’s I will eventually delete and swear I an NOT going to do that again and I do. :-(
I think it was you that posted about lazy Susan’s in cupboards? That was very useful. I just came from buying one for all the supplements I take, better than in a basket taking up room on my small counter. Didn’t find anything suitable to organize my baggies, wraps, etc.
Also took my tablet with me because I needed to get new charging cable. The darn thing won’t swipe now. I tried a few things but it looks like the screen is damaged even though not broken. I’m too tired to take to AT&T so I’ll just be on my old kindle till I feel like going.
My cat is starting to act like he’s having potty problems again, maybe due to his hairy butt. The vet said to bring him in every 6 months and I think it’s only been about 3. But I did find some lil soups which is the only he excitedly eats. He is a very handsome cat, maybe I should try to get him into advertising for the soup to pay for his high maintenance.
I’ve got the flour softer that was my grandmother’s, which I used as a kid. My granddaughter was over yesterday and saw it, thought it was cool.
