Well that sounds good in some ways but what does really in a dangerous situation mean.

I don't like a 8 year old for example watching a 2 year just because of money issues.

I always thought the majority of parents use common sense about their children's well being,it's the few that will continue to leave kids with kids. I use to babysit at age 12 for extra money in the summer,but my mom was always nearby.Back in the day! I was a responsible kid and watched my sister also just 3 years younger! I never let her out of my sight. ha!

Most parents will use common sense. The ones that don’t, wouldn’t matter how many laws are on the books.

My oldest son watched my youngest daughter if I had to work on weekends, etc. Ten years apart.
