“How much Lutien do you recommend?”
Here is what I told you yesterday. I guess you forgot, but we all seem to do that anymore. :-)
The eye doctor told my husband he had the beginnings of Macular degeneration many years ago. Told him to take Lutien. So I bought 20mg of straight Lutien and he could still see good at 90 yrs of age. A lot of them want to sell you some vitamins with just a little Lutien in them. I went for the big guns.
