Like I said it took 14 days for my husband to completely shut down. On that day the bath aid came again to bath him. My youngest daughter was here and she helped holding his head as the aid was washing his hair and pouring water over it. They asked him a couple of times if that felt good and he belted out YES! It then started snowing and my daughter later told me she believed it was a sign from God that the Angels were coming to take him. He then slept the rest of the day and at 9:30 p.m. he took his last breath.
Your dad is wrapped in the arms of the Lord. ((hugs)) for you and your family.
