LOL.

Even land is selling here, even land that couldn’t sell yours before. Like something up the side of a mountain. I assume people are going to be building. House prices have already skyrocketed, now they’ll go even higher.

I’m hearing Builders are getting $180-200 square-foot now. When we moved here it was $130-140.

I guess that means we can go ahead and put more money into this house and still be okay, not upside down too much.

What does it cost to build new houses in everyone else’s area now?
