“And no drugs are needed to prevent COVID; I’m not taking anything special and haven’t had it.”

My youngest daughter is a checker at a grocery store and for over 2 months when this covid crap first hit no one wore masks. I have 2 grandsons and a daughter-in-law who drive transit buses and they didn’t wear masks for over 2 months. Even though they finally said passengers were to wear masks they don’t make them. I have been interacting with ALL my family and recently some friends from the beginning. None of us wearing masks.

I wore a mask when they came out and gave the 2-3 weeks line back in...April 2020? I’m prone to upper respiratory infections and I do have co-morbidities so it made sense. Also did the online shopping for those 2-3 weeks.

After the 3 weeks were over, I took off my mask and started shopping again. Then the panic set in and we were having to wear them EVERYWHERE. I didn’t go out that much before this happened so didn’t bother me to stay home (introvert’s dream!).

We received notification this afternoon that as of today, the state government was not requiring either the employees on state property OR visitors to wear masks. If you want to, fine. And they’re not checking temperatures upon entry; think that stopped maybe 2 weeks ago? Nor are we required to show proof we were vaccinated. They still haven’t told us how often we’ll have to go to the office to work; I’m hearing it will probably be once a month or once a quarter.
