Was it a bump to his head or a lump? Remember he had a brain tumor removed several years ago.
The FR thread title used the word ‘lump’. That is the only place I can find mentioned about either lump or bump.
The tweet the article used to say there’s something visually wrong with Biden’s head just circled an area around his temple and basically said ‘yo, what’s up with this?’.

Looks more like a vein sticking out, along with wrinkles, to me.
