Long long ago, I made a soup in a 4-gallon pot that seems to be growing instead of disappearing even with every withdrawal at mealtime occurring, so I’ll be having another hearty bowl of soup for breakfast until it’s all gone which- should happen sometime later today. Yippee!
Then- it’s on to the goulash pot! I got this. (pumps fist)

I sometimes make such a big batch of chili or some kind of pottage that I’m so sick of it by the end, I don’t make it again for a LONG time. It does no good to freeze half, because I forget about it and wind up throwing it out lol. The only one I never tire of is the cabbage roll pottage.
THAT is a lot of soup!
Did you freeze any of it? Or, have you been steadily working at it, since making?
