Did you freeze any of it? Or, have you been steadily working at it, since making?
The mistake I make is that I too tire of the soup composition over time so I begin to add leftovers in an effort to change the taste and in the process I grow the amount to an even greater volume than what I started with, so the vicious cycle seems to never end.
My brother keeps his garage refrigerator so cold that food on the bottom compartment freezes or almost freezes and this constant extreme coldness really helps in preserving my leftovers and ever-growing soup concoctions.
