Well, I hope the sale goes fast, but I’m a little nervous now about the closing date.
The mobile home which was to be shipped up from Indiana at the end of July is now down for August, but no firm date. Plus, they made it clear because of “covid”, delays could not be helped and they wouldn’t be responsible. So, I have paid for this home and the delivery is up in the air. I could be homeless in a few months lol.
The thing is that there is such a shortage of mobile homes because of the real estate insanity up here. I only got this one because the person who ordered it changed their minds and took a smaller unit. I had to take whatever they ordered, and it’ll be ready when it’s ready. There were people clamoring to take it, plus it was the only larger unit not sold that was due for delivery THIS YEAR. Everything else is next year, but I wanted to cash in on the crazy real estate market.
Does our Trump Train Family have a place for the homeless ones?
I thought you were going to be able to move in with your daughter temporarily?
On the entire North American continent is there even one underperforming major business entity, government bureaucracy or service organization that doesn't use the COVID INSANITY
as an excuse for their shoddy performance, long lines, poor service, empty shelves, broken promises and open disregard for patrons and customers?
As much as I dislike doing business with Amazon I have to say that judging by my limited experience and input from others Amazon appears to be using the COVID INSANITY
as a business opportunity as opposed to using it as justification for low performance and cutting back on service.
Amazon faces the same challenges as other entities but seems to be outperforming all of their competition in this time of crisis.
Just my 2¢...
.
This happened to my sister Judy when she moved from Ca. to Texas a few months ago. She was getting a mobile home to put on her daughters ranch. She did move in with them cause it wasn’t ready. She is in her mobile home now, but it did cause a lot of friction in the family. I wonder if finding a used motor home to live in for awhile would be an option. A lot of people do that when they are building a home, so they just live in the motor home till the house is built. Hope it all works out.
Sounds like VACATION TIME, if you are homeless, figure out where you want to go and HAVE FUN.
