Yes indeed. My point about Rex is that he has no faith in Trump or Trump’s plan, and thus is a defeatist, and he makes a number of assumptions as though they are factual, and I think he is 100% wrong:

While I don’t agree with this post by Rex, and find it to be defeatist, I do find it funny that you also make a number of assumptions as though they are factual-and would argue with a fence post to maintain that they are truth.
Time will tell what is going to happen in Ukraine, Belarus, and Thailand. I for one make no prediction, but watch with interest the moves and countermoves. Lots of Russian troops have been moved to the border with Ukraine. Lots of incursions by China into Thailand space-apparently testing the defenses/response time etc.
I personally believe that Biden is not really in charge of the military at this point, but that’s an assumption I make-not a fact.

You know I love you, LJ, but here I must disagree. Ukraine has always been Russia’s buffer against Europe and to some extent the Ottoman Empire. Stuff like that don’t melt away any time soon. Putin is a man of his training.
