That’s what I was afraid of, thanks. I only have an emergency flip phone. No apps in it! lol
I do have an old android wifi tablet, but it was probably made before they could scan barcodes. Oh, never mind - I see that you need an actual phone number! Shoot, I wish these platforms wouldn’t require that - it’s an invasion of privacy, even if I did have one!
So I guess I’ll lumber along, viewing as much as I can on the PC...
You could still do it if you have text on the emergency flip phone.
All of these social media apps require a phone number for security purposes. I know that sounds weird but that’s how they verify you are you and get you back in if you get locked out. The phone numbers can always be hidden for privacy. All of mine are. I have never had an issue with my number being leaked, so far.
