What if all the “vaccines“ are saline?

I think there are too many people experiencing deadly or horrible side effects for ALL of the vaccines to be saline. However, a good percentage of them being saline would explain one doctor’s finding that 60% of his new covid cases were in people who’ve already received both shots.
I have some admiration for those responsible for the saline substitution if it was purposeful. I can appreciate their desire to “first do no harm” while not wanting to draw unnecessary attention to their defiance.
More likely they are labeling all lots as if vaccine, but some are actually saline so that they can use the saline lots as the “control” and utilize this vaccination period as their Phase III study trial... for free while getting paid for the vaccine by the govt and likely with govt agreement.
Then they will look at the overall results comparing reaction results from saline lots with reaction results from non-saline and determine then if the vaccine is “safe”.
can you imagine the law suits if there did switch some vax to saline...those who suffered severe side effects would own the govt and big pharma..
