If we could go back in time and warn the German people of the true intentions of the Nazi Party, would it have made any difference? Or would the German people have called us conspiracy theorists and rushed to the defense of Hitler and the Nazi Party?
We can't go back in time, but we can study the past in an effort to avoid repeating history. What if I told you that what happened to Germany in the 1930s is happening in America today? That the Democrat Party aspires to seize absolute control of America in the same manner in which the Nazi Party did? Even if I could convince you, would it change anything? I suppose it's worth trying.
The event that sparked the Nazi Party's takeover of Germany was their version of our January 6 "insurrection." A supposed 24-year-old communist sympathizer named Marinus van der Lubbe was arrested on the night of February 27, 1933 for setting fire to the Reichstag, the German parliament building — their citadel of liberty.
Adolf Hitler used the incident to expel the communists from public office, censor free speech, and arrest the Nazis' political opposition. "Communist" became synonymous with "treason." They suspended the constitutional rights of the German people by passing the "Decree of the Reich President for the protection of the People and state." They seized control of Germany under the guise of defending Democracy. Sound familiar?
Following our January 6 "insurrection," the Washington Post published an opinion piece with the headline: "Democrats are faced with a choice. Protect the Filibuster or protect democracy."

I am surprised how many people don’t see it happening here. For all of my life it has been gradually increasng, but has greatly ramped up starting with 0bama. Now they are not even trying to hide it and I would say that MOST people don’t see it. It is like normalcy bias.
My circle of people is absolutely horrified at what is happening. We feel like our country is just totally gone.
Meanwhile, I do bump into people who don’t think anything is happening at all. Life is normal. Life is the way it has always been. There’s a virus problem, sure, but other than that, everything is just the way it’s always been.
I just don’t know what to say to these people. What I do say is that they should wait and see and remember that some of us knew exactly what was happening.
We pretend to be a democracy but haven't been for along time. At least the Nazi's weren't pretentious enough to try and fool anyone. They were "honest" fascists.
I see it. The Democrats are lock step with the NAZI’s on everything. Propaganda via the news, eliminating the Constitution, Vilifying populations groups, believing themselves superior, ignoring laws, imposing laws only on selected groups. The Democrats true believes have convinced themselves that it’s acceptable behavior because well Trump was in with PUTIN, or that Republicans are with Big Business, or that all Republicans are white, or .....you get the point.
ANTIFA and the NAZI’s had the same goal in early 1930’s Germany, TO DESTROY THE REPUBLIC. Its the same now, except you can replace the National Socialist Democratic workers party with Democratic Socialist Workers party.....Antifa didn’t even bother to change the name.
Liberal psychological projection has been weaponized and used to call us, MAGA types and nationalist patriots, fascists. See the fascist are the anti-fascists. Genius.

If you wanted to eliminate the Nazi party, you’d have to go back to the Versailles Treaty and rewrite it more along the lines proposed by Woodrow Wilson. And maybe give them some help eliminating the Spartacists so that the Freikorps don’t become a major political influence.
Given that Wilson was one of the worst presidents EVER, the fact that he was more reasonable than France and the UK is saying something...
The same is true here. The problems we have stem from the LBJ administration (which has its roots in FDR, who, in turn, had his roots in Woodrow Wilson...) and “we’ll have those n-words voting Democrat for the next 200 years.”
This is why we fought so hard against the stolen election. We knew what they were going to do.
I hope Mike Pence is happy with what he did (handing the power over to the Nazis without a fight).
I must agree with Mr Allen. I had not made the connection between the January 6 protest and the Reichstag Fire, but damned if it doesn’t fit right in. In with the year(s) of rioting, years (even decades) of MSM propaganda against the Republic and the criminalization of opposition, it sure reminds me of both the Communist takeover of Russia (1918-1920) and the NAZI takeover of Germany (1930-1933).
If we do not wake up, we are just as doomed.

Too sad that too many here and in the press know everything about Hitler’s Nazi revolution and next to nothing about Mao’s Communist revolution.
When things go south everybody looks to the East for explanations which only fit by making facts on the ground stretch.
Looking West for explanations is not something most people think of first and when they do, give it only a cursory glance before refocusing on the East.
Which is of course one of the reasons that the CCP has penetrated all walks of life and government.
I suppose the worst thing is, if they had to learn German to understand fascism, they’d dive right in. Chinese, on the other hand, is just too hard, and it is given a pass. German culture is familiar to most, but Chinese culture is totally alien. And so ignorance prevails. Its easier to blame the devil they think they know, then the devil that is actually shoving the pitchfork up their collective butts.
My bro and I were discussing this yesterday. Some family members were in Berlin during the 1936 Olympics to visit those who had not migrated to the US.
Their impressions of Nazi Germany and the events at that time are parallel to those in the US now.
Both of us believe the descent into hell will not be stopped because the memory of the past has been forgotten, or if remembered, corrupted to promote the left.

Before the 2016 election, I saw where a leftist activist had posted in a comment section that he was looking forward to when Hillary won, so that conservatives could finally be rounded up and taken care of.
That sentiment has only grown stronger. The louder leftists call us “Nazis,” the more likely they are to behave and believe as Nazis. The constant lying and hate-mongering about a certain group of people, the riots, the attacks on civil liberties (and no, I am not talking about mask and social distance mandates, I’m referring to real liberties like free speech rights), etc., all add up to an orchestrated attack on free people much like the Nazis and Antifi conducted in 1930s Germany.
Trump was our attempt to stop the fascist movement and preserve freedom. The fascists used every method possible to stop Trump. Whether we can stop them or not before they cement their hold on power, we’re in for a rough ride.
We've had bad Presidents before. We have had bad policies before.
But THIS time the damage is irreversible and so frightening that we are stunned. It's like being a witness to a murder or other heinous crime ... it's still almost unbelievable.
