An entire .838 seconds had elapsed.
And an entire 2-3 minutes since the kid was involved in another shooting.
It was a good shoot.
Kid was a gang banger in training, but the still photo shows him empty handed with his hands up. Looks like it’s Chicago’s turn to burn.

That will be for others to decide in court. You and I don’t get to make that decision. It was an unfortunate event for the cop, because the fact remains, at the time of the shooting, the suspect’s raised hands were empty.
Concerning Ms O’Leary’s cow. The Chicago Fire may have been started by a meteor storm. There was a nearby town that was bombarded by meteors right at the same time as the Fire started in Chicago. We now return your attention to the subject matter at hand. Catch a black criminal by the toe. If he hollers, let him go. LBJ and the Great Society are the destruction of the USA.
Less than a second after there was a gun in the hand. Hard to make a different decision when the hand had a gun and then that hand started moving. Good shoot IMO. YMMV.
Prosecutors have backed off the statement that the kid turned toward the officer with a gun raised. They have said their earlier comments were “not fully informed” and “the video speaks for itself.
Get your facts rights.
Good shoot or not, the howling outrage crowd should at least have the decency to get the basic facts right. The median IQ in this place drops every day.

There was a video a couple years ago where the police were in a foot chase with a black male. The black male’s gun fell out of his pants onto the road. HE WENT BACK TO PICK IT UP! He ended up dead in the ditch beside the road. A most undignified death.
Unfortunately, the media, the Communist and the criminal misfits in the streets don’t care about circumstances, evidence etc. All they will see/hear is the black kid was unarmed when shot to death by racist cops. They’ll tell ya he was giving up etc...Then they make big posters of the dead suspect with his eyes frozen wide open.
