If you go to CDC link you find the link for the study that was done to “isolate” and culture the virus. It was one specimen from one person. That's not what science requires. Same thing is what the Chinese have done in January 2020 when they published the genome of the virus. As of August 2020 CDC in a document about PCR testing said at the time that no virus isolate existed. So what the CCP published was not considered isolation by publishing the genome after one specimen was analyzed.
For such a think you need let say get 500 specimens from sick people see against 500 specimens from people that are not sick. See what the sick people have the same. See that the controls don't have it or have much less. Then take that virus culture it and if you can then produce the same disease in animals or humans with the cultured virus.
