I support the Nuremburg Code and our troops. Since we operate from drastically different world views, there’s no point in our furthering our discussion.
The Kodex has not been officially accepted as law by any nation or as official ethics guidelines by any association.
It was a judge and some prosecutors at Nuremberg that needed a law to prosecute Nazi doctors. So they wrote their own code, outside all legal authority.
Then they prosecuted under that code and hung a bunch of Nazis.
