The Kodex has not been officially accepted as law by any nation or as official ethics guidelines by any association.

It was a judge and some prosecutors at Nuremberg that needed a law to prosecute Nazi doctors. So they wrote their own code, outside all legal authority.

Then they prosecuted under that code and hung a bunch of Nazis.

I really don’t see the downside. Like I said, we support such opposite views I see no point in continuing our discussion.
